This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through TICKY’S CHOICE. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below:
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us using the contact details provided below and we might ask for a video proof if the claim says product is faulty or not as described for our team to assess.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day return period has expired.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Upon receiving the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, we will refund:
* The purchase price of the goods;
* The cost of standard delivery paid at the time of purchase.
We are not required to refund any additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a premium or expedited delivery service.
You may inspect and handle goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, as you would be permitted to do in a physical retail store.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Returned items should, where reasonably possible, be returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.
If goods supplied by us are faulty, damaged, defective, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where applicable under UK law, you may be entitled to one or more of the following remedies:
* Repair;
* Replacement;
* Price reduction;
* Full or partial refund.
Consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
* Goods made to the customer’s specifications;
* Clearly personalised or custom-made products;
* Any products exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law.
Such goods may only be returned if faulty, damaged, defective, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.
Where an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, any additional delivery or return costs incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
