Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Items should be returned in reasonable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Faulty, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs and/or video evidence showing the fault, damage, or defect
- Photographs of the product packaging and shipping label where relevant
Providing photographs or video evidence helps us investigate and resolve claims more quickly.
